2. The Connection: Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Feel the weight and texture of the stone in your palm.
3. The Statement: Speak your intention out loud or clearly in your mind. Be specific!
   • Instead of: “I want to feel less stress.”
   • Try: “I program this Amethyst to bring me peace and calm during my busy day.”
4. The Seal: Visualise your words flowing into the stone like a soft blue wave. Once you feel the connection is “set,” give the stone a little squeeze of thanks.
